Responsibilities
  • The operations analysts act to meet and not impact or minimize the impact on the customer as to changes or extra demands;
  • They are responsible for the operation as a whole, from monitoring systems to handling phone calls, emails, messages from various sources, and other necessary tools, always with focus and agility; must report to the leader any item that may affect the operation;
  • Always analyze the best way to solve various problems related or not to the operation itself;
  • Maintain clear and constant communication, aiming at the good of internal and external information;
  • Follow a daily activity schedule to prioritize tasks;
  • Maintain fluidity and continuous information transfer for the next work shift;
  • Perform any other tasks requested by the hierarchical superior, as long as they are reasonable and within their capacity;

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year in operations or airline crew scheduling experience preferred;
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (ongoing is acceptable);
  • Experience in hotel or airline industry is an asset;
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to detail and high-quality work production;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills;
  • Understanding of cultural, social, and political differences affecting partnerships;
  • Flexible to work after hours based on business needs;
  • Multilingual skills: advanced English and intermediate Spanish are mandatory.
