About the Role

CloudWalk is seeking a Security GRC Analyst with experience in risk management, compliance, and audit readiness to join our dynamic Compliance team.

This role is for someone who wants to advance GRC beyond traditional methods: automated, integrated, product-aware, and aligned with modern technology companies' operations.

You will help operate and enhance our compliance systems (e.g., PCI, SOC 1 and 2, BCB 85/21), manage risks, and contribute to the development of our security bots and agents that support GRC at scale.

What You'll Do
  • Manage our GRC platform, ensuring evidence, controls, and risks are properly tracked and updated.
  • Support internal and external audits (PCI, SOC 1 and 2, BCB 85/21), control testing, and remediation processes.
  • Map risks, define controls, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Legal teams.
  • Participate in the development of automated bots to streamline GRC processes.
  • Explore automation and integration opportunities for GRC workflows using APIs, scripts, or AI tools.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Experience in Security GRC, audit, or risk management.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as PCI-DSS, PCI PIN, PCI SSF, PCI MPoC, SOC 1 and 2, ISO 27001, and BCB Resolution 85/21.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in cloud security, automation, and AI-powered bots.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with cloud-native environments.
  • Scripting skills (Python, Go, or Typescript).
  • Experience with API-based integrations.
  • Knowledge of security automation tools.
  • Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Experience with LLM-based systems.
