Mid-weight Creative Motion Designer

We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Content Creator to join our Design & Production team, with a strong focus on motion design and social-first creative for a global soft drinks brand.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ideating, designing, and executing motion-led content that feels culturally relevant and native to social platforms. From reacting to trending moments to producing high-impact short-form animations and videos, you’ll craft work that captures attention and drives engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Creative Concepting: Develop motion-led creative ideas rooted in local culture and social trends.
- Motion Design & Animation: Create high-quality, engaging motion graphics for social platforms using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Social-First Execution: Ensure content is optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, with an understanding of their formats and best practices.
- Brand Storytelling: Translate brand identities into compelling, visually engaging narratives.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of emerging content trends, formats, and visual styles to keep our work fresh and relevant.
**Requirements**:
- Proven motion design experience (ideally 3+ years), with a portfolio showcasing motion and social content.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Deep understanding of** Brazilian culture**, trends, and digital behaviour.
- Experience creating engaging, fast-paced content for social media.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to develop culturally relevant concepts.
- **Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (speak, read, and write)**
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Experience in photography and filming.
- Basic knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema4D or Blender.
- A background in social-first creative strategy.
