Take the ownership and stay on top of management of all subjects related to the third-party contract manufacturing and stay focused on:

1. Manage, deal, and monitor all topics from contract clauses to stay in compliance with the business and service level agreements.
2. Deal with all new updated agreements as may need.
3. Manage all manufacturing outcomes and implement corrective action when necessary.
4. Manage FG cost to stay under FCST committed and update when necessary.
5. Manage, monitor, and challenge the teams when raw material cost varies up and down.
6. Manage the shelf life from raw material and obsolescence to reach the R.Forecast and Annual Plan.
7. Manage the percentage of losses for bulk and filling lines following the contract agreement.
8. Manage all discussions related to P&L with CMs to have the budget and FG cost under control.
9. Manage and deal quotes for extra or additional manufacturing activities when necessary.
10. Manage the transportation activities related to cost, collection for DCs, invoices and pallet return.
11. Manage the savings proposed for the teams related to cost reductions and updates.
12. Manage New Launch timeline and ToTs to reach the OSD goal.
13. Manage and provide the quarterly Rolling Forecast updates, by working with internal accounting and procurement teams to reach accurate FG cost.
14. Continuously look for new CMs which can provide cheaper and affordable costs as opportunities to stay competitive in the market.
