**Sobre a oportunidade**:
**Responsabilidades**:
- Lead technical teams, negotiate with management and business stakeholders, and ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
- Conduct assessments and discoveries to identify client needs and providing innovative solutions.
**Qualificações necessárias**:
- Technical background in JS/TS technologies (e.g.: Node and React).
- Exceptional systemic view and abstraction abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams.
- Strong background in negotiating with management and business units.
- Solid background in Development, Engineering, or related field.
**Será um diferencial possuir**:
- Experience in conducting Assessments, Discoveries, or similar engagements.
- Proven track record as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and in stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in diverse environments and manage multiple projects.
