**About the role**
As a** Product Manager** for the Scoring Team, you will work with a dedicated engineering cross-functional team that builds and maintains Tabby's scoring of both customers and merchants. You will be the true owner of your roadmap, responsible for the full cycle of the product development process from quarterly OKRs setting and ideation to launch and ensuring your features deliver the right business outcome.
**You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities**:
- You will be driving Tabby's scoring experience for a wide range of Tabby products in all regions of Tabby's presence.
- Your key metrics will be to balance the conversion and unpaid debts ratio.
- You will be closely engaged with the Scoring operational team to cover the strategic aspects, including product vision definition, roadmap creation, and business case creation, keeping business value delivery as the core focus.
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
- **4+ years** of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience in setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA), proposing relevant metrics, and building a simple KYC model
- Have a proven track record of successfully delivering eCommerce Anti-Fraud initiatives.
- Confident in working independently in your cross-functional team and representing your domain on the C-level forum.
- Hands-on mentality, with a proven ability to get things done in high quality.
- Able to gather requirements, define functionality, roadmap, and set goals in a clear, actionable format that can be used to communicate with the team and drive product delivery.
- Are fluent in English, have great communication skills, and able to clearly articulate your vision and decision-making process while working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
