Job Details Job Title: Formwork Carpenter Location: Offshore – Brazil Project: JDS6000 Work Schedule: 7 days x 12 hours Vessel Information JDS6000 is a multipurpose DP3 vessel for pipelaying (J-lay and S-lay) and heavy lift applications, suitable for offshore projects such as decommissioning and wind farms. It is equipped with a fully rotating heavy-lift crane with a capacity of 5,200 tonnes. Job Mission Ensure the performance of formwork carpentry works following Foreman instructions and in accordance with safety and quality standards. Job Responsibilities Perform formwork carpentry works in accordance with safety and quality requirements. Follow daily instructions given by Foreman. Perform formwork cutting, fabrication, assembly, and dismantling. Ensure works are carried out according to project drawings. Verify all equipment and tools are in good and safe operating condition and report anomalies. Coordinate with adjacent works to minimize activities and eliminate unsafe conditions. Follow permit-to-work procedures. Maintain housekeeping at the work location.
