Programming Analyst - Planner (Systems and Operations) Sporty Group is expanding and we're building the world's go to platform for everyday entertainment. About The Role We are looking for a Programming Analyst to be based in São Paulo, with a focus on playout systems and operational execution of the channel’s schedule. This professional will ensure the technical accuracy of the daily programming, working directly with broadcast systems and operational processes. Responsibilities Input, review, and update the daily programming schedule in playout systems (Media+, Imagine, or similar). Perform real-time operational adjustments in case of content changes, live events, or technical incidents. Monitor the schedule flow in real time, identifying conflicts or inconsistencies and proposing immediate solutions. Support Programming and Technical teams in validating the schedule before airing. Ensure proper organization of the content inventory and broadcast materials. Contribute to documenting processes and implementing improvements in programming systems and workflows. Check, organize, and insert commercial breaks into the playout system. Ensure accurate scheduling of content, promos, and commercials, in line with the established PIs. Control broadcast materials, ensuring availability, technical quality, and correct labeling. Manage the commercial inventory, ensuring proper organization and regular updates. Ensure receipt of CRTs and/or other required documentation. Perform last-minute operational adjustments upon request from the Programming Coordination team. Support the transmissions coordinator during live events, ensuring PI execution in case of failures, delays, or emergency changes. Collect and organize commercial broadcast data for reporting and analysis. Qualifications Previous experience in OPEC, channel scheduling, or commercial operations. Knowledge of playout systems and media insertion processes. Experience in managing commercial inventory. Strong attention to detail, organization, and agility in problem-solving. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with Programming and Transmission teams. Advanced Excel and familiarity with reporting and control tools. Availability to work on-site in São Paulo. Intermediate English is a plus. Benefits Office in São Paulo City. A competitive salary. 28 days paid annual leave. Personalised Support.
