With the rise of Generative AI, data centers require high-density fiber networks, ultra-low latency, and scalable optical solutions. This role requires technical expertise and close work with the commercial team, ensuring customer pain points are well addressed by Corning solutions and ultimately contributes to a stronger pipeline/revenue stream for the territory.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with customers (end user, integrators and distributors) to position Corning datacenter solutions into their connectivity data center infrastructure.Drive business growth by identifying opportunities in Cloud and AI-driven data center fiber connectivity.Design and implement next-generation fiber-optic connectivity solutions for AI/Cloud data centers.Develop and deliver technical presentations/training on fiber-optic solutions.Stay ahead of emerging fiber-optic technologies designed for AI-driven network architectures.Provide technical consultation to clients on high-density optical cables and connectors.Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues affecting fiber connectivity.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure customer requirements align with demands.Experiences/Education - RequiredBachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical experienceStrong knowledge of customers and commercial practicesKnowledge of datacenter networks and productsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and EnglishWillingness to travelExperiences/Education - DesiredBS/BA degree, technical preferredAdvanced degree in other disciplines can be an important differentiator.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesGlass, Ceramics and Concrete Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
