We are a multidisciplinary and diverse team focused on building cultural relevance and engagement for 99 | DiDi through creativity, data, and collaboration. Role Responsibilities Focused on social impact and community engagement, the Influencer Sr. Analyst will develop strategies that connect brand, culture, and conversion. Identify, connect, and maintain relationships with local influencers aligned with the brand. Develop influencer strategies to drive engagement and conversion. Lead the social media calendar and content planning across platforms. Track performance metrics and translate data into insights and recommendations. Capture cultural trends and transform them into opportunities for brand conversations. Collaborate closely with Brand, Paid Media, and Creative Strategy teams. Coordinate with external partners and creators to ensure brand coherence and excellence. Manage social media tone of voice and community interactions. Report learnings and outcomes to continuously evolve the social strategy. Role Qualifications Proven experience in social media and influencer marketing, with solid understanding of digital ecosystems. Experience in advertising agencies, startups, or tech/digital platforms. Demonstrable creative and strategic thinking, capable of connecting culture, content, and business goals. Strong background in content planning, influencer selection, and campaign management.
