**What are we looking for?**
**Back End Developer Lead**
**Main assignments**:
- Technically lead the scope of work of a development team;
- Unfold technical and functional briefing for internal teams and suppliers;
- Chain tasks for optimization of work execution;
- Define the best development practices;
- Promote and encourage constant team training;
- Manage the scope, goals and deliverables of developments, in collaboration with other stakeholders;
- Review and refactor existing codes into high-quality codes;
**Requirements**:
- Node.js (Senior Knowledge and Experience);
- Composable Commerce Experience;
- Minimally headless commerce implementations in other platforms such as Salesforce B2B, B2C, or SAP (Hybris) commerce
- Knowledge in Serverless/AWS Lambda Core;
- Deep Understanding of API Design / AWS API Gateway;
- Senior Knowledge of Identify Management Services, JWT, OAuth;
- Experience with Data modeling;
- NoSQL;
- Composable Commerce Data Models;
- Product Types;
- Experience with Systems and API integrations;
- Data Import/ETL;
- Data Sync between PIM, ERP, Commerce Platform;
- Understanding of AWS SQS/SNS Queues;
- Familiarity with Terraform;
- Deep Understanding of Data Caching Strategies.
**Differentials**:
- Experience with Apollo and GraphQL - Queries - Mutations - Resolvers;
- Experience with Composable Commerce Subscriptions, Pricing, Bundles;
- Familiarity with Orchestration/AWS Step Functions;
- Experience with AWS Cognito - Typescript;
- Algolia - Testing - Mocha;
- Jest;
- Chai.
