Our leadership in the industry is shown through the implementation of rigorous quality controls in the execution of our projects and total transparency, as well as by our innovative character.What are we looking for?We are looking for a Global ERM Manager, Responsible for leading the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the organization. This includes updating and maintaining the Global Risk Appetite, coordinating the ERM cycle in each country, and consolidating the Global Risk Heatmap. The role ensures consistent methodologies and fosters a strong risk culture across all business units What challenges will you face?Regularly review and update Atlas’ Global Risk Appetite to align with the strategic plan and local dynamics.Coordinate the ERM process across countries, ensuring consistency in risk identification, assessment, and prioritization.Develop and maintain methodologies, tools, and templates to support the ERM process.Consolidate Local Risk Heatmaps and produce the Global Risk Heatmap, providing insights for leadership and governance bodies.Facilitate workshops and discussions with risk owners to identify key risks and define/monitor mitigation actions.Provide periodic reports to the Global Head of Risk, Executive Committee, and the Board, including KRIs and action plan implementation status.Maintain a centralized and updated risk registry, with clear documentation and historical data for reference.Promote ERM awareness and training sessions across the organization.What specific knowledge do you need?8 years of experience in risk management, with at least 3 years focused on ERM.Demonstrated success leading ERM frameworks in multinational or regional organizations.Proven experience in Enterprise Risk Management, including the development and implementation of ERM frameworks, risk appetite statements, and mitigation strategiesFamiliarity with risk management tools and techniques, including heatmap development and risk assessment methodologiesBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.Postgraduate studies in Risk Management, Governance, or related fields preferred.What does Atlas offer you?Belong to a multicultural, inclusive, and diverse environment.
