What you’ll do Execute customer onboarding end‑to‑end Make sure every customer gets activated properly Respond to customers quickly and clearly Operate RevOps workflows (CRM, automations, playbooks) Keep data clean and execution tight Identify issues early and elevate with context Automate repetitive CX / RevOps tasks Ensure processes actually run, every day This role is about execution, follow‑through, and ownership .
