Our goal is to be a be a trusted and independent second line of defense control function, in-order to protect Worldpay from financial crime risks.**What you will be doing**As an Internal Control Analyst II, you will be part of the Corporate Compliance team. You will be required to maintain a robust and sustainable framework for internal controls according to Resolution BCB 260. Also, you will be complying with the obligations posed by the Resolution BCB 65 on Compliance Testing activities for Worldpay do Brasil Instituição de Pagamento Ltda, a payment entity with a license granted by Central Bank in Brazil.**What you bring**:- 1 to 3 years’ experience of providing regulatory compliance advisory services in a global companies’ environment, financial institutions or fintech.- Monitor the implementation of controls, procedures, and processes to ensure proper adherence of the local policies and CB regulation (Resolution No. 260/2022).- Assist on conducting mapping assessment meetings, flowcharts design, risk matrix overview.- Execution of tests of design (ToD) and tests of effectiveness (ToE) for a set of controls raised on the areas.- Support the 1st LoD to reflect in the flowcharts and risk matrices any process update and provide guidance on control self-assessment (CSA).- Register action plans, as a remediation plan, in the entity’s issue management tool.- Good written and verbal communication, both in English and Portuguese, for policies and procedures design and maintenance.- Have the skills to handle and solve problems, with a minimum supervision, working collaboratively, being part of a wider Corporate Compliance team.**Added bonus if you have**:- COSO Knowledge.- ISO 31000 Knowledge.**What we offer you**- A multifaceted job with a moderate degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities.- The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial crime.- A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respect.- Varied and challenging work to help you grow your technical skillset.- Competitive salary.This role will be based in Sao Paulo office in a hybrid mode (2-3 times/week at the office).LI-MLL1**Privacy Statement**Worldpay is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
