About The Role Netcracker Technology is looking to hire a Business Analyst Manager to join our Implementation Engineering teams located throughout the LATAM region. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team providing cost‑effective solutions to businesses, and resolving technical challenges faced in large/complex telecommunications projects. Business Analysts are working as the company's representatives in front of the enterprise customers. You will be responsible for providing guidance to the service provider, sharing industry best practices, and facilitating implementation by promoting reuse of out‑of‑the‑box capabilities. It is expected that you have many years of experience in the Telecommunication industry as a BSS/OSS domain Subject Matter Expert. Role and Responsibilities Provide guidance to the leadership service provider to better understand and articulate the challenges. Define and document measurable criteria for solution assessment, propose solutions, and bring best practice. Focus on ensuring the quality of business requirements for enterprise client, providing best practice in understanding the client requirements, Telecom products and network aspects in order to align the business's needs. Analyze, design and deliver projects through the baseline capabilities of existing product; most important – stakeholder and expectation management. Collect and collate business requirements for Business‑to‑Business telecom products on various network technologies. Guide and coach business stakeholders through the requirements gathering process. Guide and lead a team of Junior BAs. Provide clarification and act as a point of reference for business requirement inquiries by solution design and project delivery teams. Work with project teams, agree on approach and keep them informed of progress. Facilitate workshops to understand and detail requirements and solution behavior. Work closely with delivery team to ensure functional and non‑functional completeness of the solution. Create comprehensive and unambiguous documentation that outlines stakeholder requirements, is traceable for the testing team and understandable for the development team. Required Experience 8+ years of technical knowledge to understand high‑level architecture and technical requirements around BSS/OSS/CRM solutions for Telecoms projects. Experience with BSS (CRM, Quotation, Catalog), OSS (Provisioning, Activation, Inventory) and Billing. Strong business analysis background, preferably in a telecom company. Team organizational skills, able to work simultaneously on multiple assignments. Knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies, including Agile & Waterfall. Proven ability to drive accurate capture of requirements, resolving issues and closing down information shortfalls. Strong leadership skills to achieve results on time by organizing and interacting with teams of Business Analysts. Capability to work simultaneously on multiple assignments. Proven experience in transformation projects. Experience working in multinational teams, considering cultural and time‑zone specifics. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Availability to work from the office in a hybrid mode (at least 3 times per week). Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
