Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist | IT Recruiter | Scrum MasterWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team This role requires high energy, persistence , and strong engagement skills through outbound calls.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in lead generation or sales, excellent communication skills in English (C1 level), and a passion for building strong client relationships.
Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST
On-site at our offices located in Microcentro, CABA
Salary in USD + commissions in USD
Advanced level of English: MUST
- Make 75–100 outbound calls daily to U.S.-based prospects.
- Build rapport and develop strong relationships through engaging and professional conversations.
- Open new accounts and maintain repeat business on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Research prospects before calling to personalize outreach strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups.
- Participate in virtual meetings and presentations using Zoom or Google Meet.
- 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
- Fluent English (C1 level) – strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent ability to build trust and hold meaningful conversations by phone.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Positive, resilient, and goal-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with basic computer tools (CRM systems, Zoom, Google Meet).
