Job summary
The Global DEI team is part of our EMEA Corporate Tech Recruiting Organization. This is a newly created and centralized team that works across multiple Amazon business lanes with focus on quality processes and global tech hiring at scale.
We are looking for a DEI Technical Recruiter who can thrive in a innovative, fast paced environment. The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach and interface effectively with professionals at all levels.
Key job responsibilities
- Create unique multi-channel and market-specific search strategies that attract bar-raising engineering talen across several regions, markets and tech roles.
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
- Continually contributing to the team's knowledgebase, process improvement and greater Amazon talent acquisition community
About the team
We´re a newly created team focused on attracting and leveraging the DEI Tech community at Amazon. The role requires innovation, expertise and eagerness to try new things. Are you willing to be part of this exciting journey?
