UI/Visual Lead

English fluency is a must for this role Who We Are Hey there We're Uitify, a creative design studio delivering premium UI/UX and branding for early-stage SaaS startups in the US. We help founders turn vision into beautifully functional design. If you're all about detail, innovation, and creating modern digital experiences, you'll feel right at home here. What We're Looking For We're looking for a Lead UI/Visual who's ready to roll up their sleeves and build high-converting, visually stunning websites. You'll own web projects from idea to execution, working closely with founders, marketers, and our internal design team. If you're a Framer expert, know how to design for impact, and care about both beauty and usability—we want you. This is a very hands on role What You'll Do Collaborate with clients to understand goals and translate them into compelling web experiences; Work closely with UI and branding to ensure cohesion across touchpoints; Guide the team to build landing pages, homepages, product pages, and more; Help evolve and maintain web design systems and components; Create ideas to optimize sites for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility; Stay on top of design trends and share what you learn with the team. What You'll Bring Strong English skills (you'll be in calls with US clients); 10+ years of experience in Web Design/UI, especially for SaaS or tech; 3+ years managing teams; Killer portfolio with websites that show your visual and technical chops; Solid knowledge of Framer (must-have), Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop; A passion for sleek, clean, and functional design; Ability to manage your time and deadlines independently. Bonus points for: UX background; Motion design or video editing (even basic); Experience working with developers or low-code tools like Webflow. Why Join Us?
