Master Strategic Account Expansion: Sell KnowBe4’s complete product suite to existing Enterprise customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value. Build Executive Pipeline Excellence: Create and maintain a robust pipeline of Enterprise opportunities using prospecting methods and compelling product demonstrations for C-level decision makers. N evigate Complex Sales Processes: Articulate KnowBe4's value proposition to multiple stakeholders, understanding buying needs and potential roadblocks to accelerate complex sales cycles. Execute Strategic Deal Architecture: Structure multi-year agreements, licensing models, and pricing negotiations to maximize ARR while ensuring customer success. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Excellence: Partner with Channel sales, Customer Success, and Renewal teams to coordinate growth strategies and renewals. You'll Excel Here If Proven Enterprise Success: 3+ years selling to Enterprise-sized businesses with quota achievement in competitive markets. SaaS Experience: Background in selling Software-as-a-Service to CTOs, CIOs, or CISOs. Cybersecurity Expertise: Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity concepts and passion for improving large organizations’ security. Bilingual Excellence: Fluent in Portuguese with strong English skills for local and global collaboration. Executive Presence: Ability to build credibility with C-level executives and present solutions confidently. Strategic Hunter Mentality: Proactive enterprise prospecting and long-term relationship building in complex cycles. Data-Driven Excellence: Use enterprise metrics to forecast and drive quota attainment. Adaptable Professional: Flexible across segments, channels, and evolving market conditions.
