Learn more at Job Function Finance Job Sub Function Finance Business Partners Job Category People Leader All Job Posting Locations São Paulo, Brazil Purpose / Job Description The Finance Coordinator acts as the finance partner overseeing Innovative Medicine Brazil’s and Mexico's financial operations and shares responsibility for the organization’s economic and financial performance. The incumbent performs financial analysis, decision support and design business plans. Also serves as a key financial stakeholder, connecting with multiple financial areas to lead Free Cash Flow discussions, closing routines and drive sustainable growth while ensuring a robust controls and compliance environment. You Will Be Responsible For Coordinate Innovative Medicine Brazil’s and Mexico's financial operations and shares responsibility for the organization’s financial performance acting as an extend local finance team member. Partner with finance teams, performing financial analysis and supporting decision process. Lead closing routine while driving compliance agenda and ensuring a robust control environment. Identifies and manages financial and operational risks. Qualifications STRONG FINANCE ACUMEN Solid experience with internal controls (SOX knowledge is preferred) PROVEN LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORK SKILLS Strong influencing skills DEMONSTRATING MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND STRATEGIC THINKING Advanced communication skills (both verbal and written) SHOWING EXTENSIVE FINANCE OR ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE Advanced English is a must Spanish is desired Required Skills Budgeting, Budget Management, Business Alignment, Developing Others, Expense Controls, Financial Analysis, Financial Competence, Financial Forecasting, Financial Reports, Financial Risk Management (FRM), Financial Statement Analysis, Inclusive Leadership, Leadership, Process Optimization, Relationship Building, Succession Planning, Team Management, Vendor Management Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
