O que esperamos para essa posição: Responsável pela saúde do funil de Inbound. Responsável pelo topo de funil (pré-sales) e meio e fundo de funil (closers e famer). Responsável pela previsibilidade e acompanhamento do forecast. Acompanhar e desenvolver as carteiras junto com o time. Trabalhar próximo ao time de MKT desenvolvendo ações estratégicas e campanhas para aquisição de novos clientes. Acompanhar via CRM e demais sistemas o desenvolvimento das atividades dos Executivos de vendas da sua equipe. Gestão no desenvolvimento das atividades e KPI’s. Desenvolver novas estratégias e campanhas com foco em aquisição e prospecção de novos clientes. Identificar necessidades de treinamento de sua equipe, relacionados às novas metodologias do mercado para área de vendas. Dar feedback e acompanhar através dos 1:1 o desenvolvimento das atividades do seu time.
