RESPONSABILIDADES

• Transportar caixas, pelos meios disponíveis (carrinhos ou manualmente), até os locais de arquivo, roteiro ou pesquisa, manipulando-os conforme necessidade ou solicitação;

• Procurar e localizar caixas de documentos, conforme sistema SKP. Após os trabalhos de pesquisa, retornar estes volumes ao local inicial;

• Preencher relatórios de suas atividades diárias (formulário OPLOG), conforme os modelos e procedimentos IMB, para avaliação e controle da produção individual e do departamento;

• Zelar para que todos os volumes e suportes usados sejam preservados nas condições de conservação iniciais;

• Respeitar as normas e procedimentos de segurança e uso de EPI’s (Equipamento de Proteção Individual) fornecidos pela empresa e higiene do trabalho estabelecidas para a sua área de atuação;

• Quando não há trabalhos de sua função direta poderá auxiliar os demais departamentos.

REQUISITOS

• Ensino Fundamental completo

• Atenção concentrada, agilidade, proatividade, organização do trabalho e Trabalho em equipe.
