**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, business finance, and other stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience in software development or software engineering.
- Experience in privacy, security, online safety, counter-abuse measures or areas related to building technology governance tools.
- Experience in product management for infrastructure systems.

**Responsibilities**:
- Incorporate user feedback, user research, and technical requirements into a holistic outlook.
- Create or modify outlook for the portion of the product portfolio you own.
- Define and refine the approach for creation, modification, and adoption of our technologies by our customers.
- Define and create materials to aid adoption of key customer-facing products, including roadmaps, customer playbooks, support playbooks, go-to-market materials, etc.
- Define metrics and measurement techniques for success.
