**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 4 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.- 2 years of experience building and shipping technical products.**Preferred qualifications**:- 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).- 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, business finance, and other stakeholders.- 2 years of experience in software development or software engineering.- Experience in privacy, security, online safety, counter-abuse measures or areas related to building technology governance tools.- Experience in product management for infrastructure systems.**About the job**:At Google, we put our users first. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.**Responsibilities**:- Incorporate user feedback, user research, and technical requirements into a holistic outlook.- Create or modify outlook for the portion of the product portfolio you own.- Define and refine the approach for creation, modification, and adoption of our technologies by our customers.- Define and create materials to aid adoption of key customer-facing products, including roadmaps, customer playbooks, support playbooks, go-to-market materials, etc.- Define metrics and measurement techniques for success.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
