Hey everyone This is Thai Viapiana from CI&T's Talent Attraction Team :) I am looking for a Senior-Level Database Migration Engineer to support the migration of applications, databases, and pipelines across multiple DBMS, including Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, BigQuery, CrunchyDB, Postgres, and Hive DB.

Responsibilities
  • Support the migration of applications, databases, and pipelines across multiple DBMS, including Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, BigQuery, CrunchyDB, Postgres, and Hive DB.
  • Ensure data integrity and minimal downtime during migrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Solid experience with database migration processes.
  • Familiarity with various DBMS technologies: Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, BigQuery, CrunchyDB, Postgres, and Hive DB.
  • Strong communication skills for both oral and written in English.
Nice To Have
  • Knowledge of database security best practices.
  • Experience with automated migration tools or scripts.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
