**Facilities Junior Analyst**- Are you looking to grow your career and make an impact in **Facilities** by ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s spaces?- EF Language Abroad is looking for a proactive and motivated **Facilities Analyst** to join our team in São Paulo- In this role, you will support the management of building maintenance, contracts, and service providers, helping ensure a safe and efficient environment for all employees. You’ll gain hands-on experience by assisting with daily operations, coordinating vendors, and supporting events and administrative tasks.- This is a great opportunity to develop your organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic, international company.**Your main responsibilities are**:- Support outsourced services: maintenance, reception, cleaning, telecom, security, and procurement- Assist with cost control strategies- Monitor service delivery, contracts, and adjustments- Support admin contracts for HQ and branches- Manage building documents: permits, licenses, and approvals- Handle admin tasks for the company vehicle fleet- Act as a link between EF users and IT support (India)- Help to organize internal and external events- Manage invoice flow to Accounts Payable- Track actual vs. budgeted expenses**Requirements**:- Very organized, achiever and driven profile- Experienced traveler- Ability to create valuable interpersonal relationships- Structured and clear communication capacity- Ability to work as part of a team as well as to drive and motivate others- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in IT, business administration or a related discipline- Fluency in both written and spoken in English**About EF Education First**- At EF we believe that the world is better when people try to understand one another.
