Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to implement and configure Atlassian products, provide training, and ensure seamless integration into client workflows.

This role involves leveraging DevOps and ITSM expertise to drive agile methodologies and AI-driven integrations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence
  • Provide training and support for Atlassian tools
  • Consult on best practices and develop custom solutions
  • Ensure smooth integration with client workflows

Requirements:
  • Experience with configuring and implementing Atlassian products
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and ITSM methodologies
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and AI solutions for Atlassian tools
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
