O que esperar do seu dia a dia de trabalho

Entrega e Execução

  • Executa a definição de escopo de projetos e gerencia o escopo para projetos de baixa a média complexidade relacionados a P2P AP.
  • Cria, monitora, rastreia e ajusta planos de projeto com base em marcos críticos.
  • Realiza o planejamento orçamentário e gerencia o orçamento.
  • Realiza análises de custo-benefício e processos de justificativa.
  • Desenvolve e comunica atualizações de status, destacando quaisquer problemas potenciais, incluindo cronograma, recursos, custos e riscos.
  • Documenta e aplica lições aprendidas em projetos subsequentes e contribui regularmente com sugestões de melhoria.
  • Compreende os objetivos organizacionais para aplicá-los ao trabalho do projeto.
  • Prevê cronogramas, necessidades orçamentárias e necessidades de recursos com precisão.
  • Completa artefatos de tollgate (Charter, Documento de Aceitação Comercial, etc.).

Monitoramento

  • Identifica, define e faz recomendações para mitigar riscos.
  • Gerencia projetos em conformidade com as regulamentações de conformidade da The Home Depot.
  • Trabalha com equipes de projeto e fornecedores terceirizados para garantir que dependências críticas permaneçam protegidas.
  • Captura e direciona questões para resolução.

Administração e Operações

  • Atualiza os sistemas da The Home Depot em uma cadência padrão (por exemplo, financeiros).
  • Cria, documenta e publica artefatos de projeto em repositórios centralizados.
  • Gerencia o processo de pedido de compra e faturamento com fornecedores terceirizados.
  • Facilita a integração e o aumento de novos membros da equipe do projeto.


O que você precisa ter:

  • Inglês avançado para conversação e escrita;
  • Mais de 4 anos de experiência como gerente de projetos;
  • Mais de 2 anos de experiência com SAP P2P e AP;
  • Experiência no planejamento e execução de projetos e estratégias de mitigação de riscos;
  • Experiência na execução de gerenciamento de projetos em um ambiente de software moderno, utilizando múltiplas metodologias;
  • Experiência com ferramentas do Microsoft Office;
  • Experiência em projetos de varejo.
