Job Title: Workday Certified Project Manager / Business Analyst Location: Brazil (Domestic or Nearshore) Experience: 5+ years Requirement: Must be Workday Certified Availability: Immediate Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workday Certified Project Manager / Business Analyst to support production support and enhancement initiatives . The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, business analysis, and Workday configuration expertise. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate release work , Agile ceremonies , and prioritization stand-ups . Prepare project presentations , resource plans , and schedules . Perform business analysis : gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional designs. Conduct data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights. Act as a Workday Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support production and enhancement needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Workday Certification is mandatory . Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Workday environments. Proven track record in project management and business analysis within HR or ERP systems. Strong understanding of Workday configuration, modules, and functional workflows . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
