We are a unit in DDA Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Purchasing, a global unit within Digital & IT responsible for IT solutions and projects related to manufacturing and logistics. This position is to work in Digital Delivery GTO Europe & Brazil Manufacturing (E&BM) and Digital Delivery GTO Powertrain Production (Powertrain).

Who are you?
You are a Software Engineer with experience in .NET, acting as an Agile facilitator, helping the team deliver value collaboratively and sustainably. You are curious, open to learning, and enjoy solving problems with others to create meaningful impact.
- Experience as a Software Engineer in .NET.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate meetings and ceremonies.
- Advanced-level English and fluent Portuguese, both written and spoken.
- Experience with SQL and Azure DevOps.
- Experience creating Agile metrics and using them for continuous improvement.
- Relevant university degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
It's a plus if you have:
- Experience with Python, Oracle.
- Scrum Master certification.
- Knowledge of AI tools to support productivity.
Your main activities and responsibilities
In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with facilitation skills to drive delivery, foster collaboration, and encourage innovation. You will:
- Facilitate and participate in agile ceremonies, supporting the refinement of Product Goals and defining new features with the squad.
- Create and present Agile metrics to engage the team and promote continuous improvement.
- Identify and suggest system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational or maintenance costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design applications and databases aligned with business needs and user stories.
- Develop high-quality software in .NET, perform unit testing, and iterate as needed.
- Ensure software activities follow best practices and standards.
- Provide runtime support to end users.
- Ensure compliance with IT processes, methods, tools, and security guidelines.
- Apply the VPS (Volvo Production System) mindset and tools for good practices and continuous improvements.
