
Senior Strategy and Operations Leader

**Position Responsibilities**:
- Leads employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) fields.
- Manages employees and mid-level managers developing strategy, metrics and indicators and integrating management decisions.
- Develops and implements integrating organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
- Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with strategy customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides approval of high-level strategy technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.
- Develop / enhance skills for future executive level Strategy position.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Develops and carries out integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Monitor and improve internal controls in order to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements both internal and external.
- Creates a culture of continuous improvement by communicating and deploying enterprise standard methodologies and employee engagement to improve cost, quality, delivery, employee job and customer satisfaction.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Senior level experience in management and operations
- Experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key partner relationship management
- Post-secondary education
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English
- Must be legally able to work in Brazil
**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:
- Master's Degree or MBA
- Ability to effectively handle ambiguity and to collaborate and partner with business leaders
- Ability to align customer requirements with the broader organization
