Job Title: Intelligent Quality Assurance Specialist We are seeking a talented and experienced Intelligent Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality engineering, test automation, and artificial intelligence. The primary responsibility of this role is to design and implement intelligent quality assurance solutions that leverage AI and machine learning techniques to improve the overall quality of our software products. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop intelligent quality assurance frameworks that integrate AI and machine learning algorithms with traditional testing methodologies Develop and maintain automated test cases using various testing frameworks such as Playwright Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes into the software development lifecycle Identify and propose strategies for technical and testing problems affecting the team Manage and mitigate technical and testing risk across projects Leverage predictive analytics to identify defect-prone areas and prioritize risk-based testing Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or SDET roles Strong programming skills with familiarity across several languages (C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, etc.) Understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience using AI-enabled development and testing tools Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and their intersection with AI tools Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native environments Excellent problem-solving skills with a mindset for experimentation and continuous improvement Benefits: A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance The opportunity to join a growing company at the forefront of enterprise solutions Two weeks of paid vacation per year 10 paid days for local holidays Work Schedule: You MUST be able to work during core U.S. Time Zone working hours.The right candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for quality assurance and software development.
