Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Civil Supervisor to join our Minerals & MetalsBusiness line in the in São Paulo. About the role Supervise electrical and instrumentation works on-site Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards Coordinate the works with other disciplines coordinators and subcontractors Review and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings Monitor progress and ensure timely execution of tasks Conduct inspections and support testing and commissioning Maintain accurate documentation and daily reports About you Minimum technical degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Proven experience in electrical and instrumentation supervision on construction or industrial sites (minimum 10 years) Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels and field instruments Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NR-10) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Leadership and team coordination skills Note on the nature of the contract This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional’s performance Why Ausenco?
