Regional Operations Leader

This role is responsible for overseeing the overall operational strategy and execution across LATAM. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with expertise in managing resources, workforce planning, employee engagement, HR, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive productivity and quality in LATAM.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.
  • Monitor attrition rates and develop proactive retention strategies to minimize turnover.
  • Lead the tech operations and delivery teams to achieve scalable growth.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery to drive success.
  • Provide expert oversight in technical discussions with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers across LATAM.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client needs, service delivery, and customer success.
  • Represent the company at local and regional events, forums, and client meetings.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams for seamless cross-functional workflows.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to regional/global leadership.
  • Develop and execute market-specific strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Support resource allocation and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Provide local market intelligence to inform global strategic decisions.
