We're looking for a Golang Developer to design and operate high-load, fault-tolerant data pipelines—systems that run 24 / 7 to ingest live metrics, detect fraud patterns, and keep campaign results accurate down to the cent. Scalability, observability, and reliability aren't just technical goals here—they're the foundation that drives our business growth and brand trust. Responsibilities Gather and address technical and design requirements Provide training and support to internal teams Build reusable code and libraries for future use Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features Follow emerging technologies Requirements Advanced English skills 3+ years of experience with backend development in Golang. Experience working with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL). Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus. Experience with API development (REST or GraphQL). Familiarity with message queues or pub / sub systems. Experience with Docker and basic containerized deployments. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Understanding of CI / CD pipelines. Ability to debug and fix performance issues in backend services.
