Job Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure strategy, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, stable, and secure operation of our operational environment. Your mission will be to lead our team in delivering comprehensive stability assurance, project-based operations, and innovation through cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities: Manage the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and software platforms, within large-scale operational environments. Develop and implement strategies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and secure IT system operation, in compliance with internal and external regulations. Lead the IT operations team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, team development, and daily management. Drive the transformation of IT operations towards automation and intelligence, introducing advanced technologies and tools. Manage IT infrastructure capacity planning, performance monitoring, and optimization to meet business growth demands. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or a related field. Over 5 years of experience in large-scale IT system operation and maintenance management, with at least 3 years in a team management role. In-depth understanding and practical experience with server hardware, operating systems (Linux/Windows), network technologies, and storage systems. Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM management frameworks and excellent capabilities in ITIL process implementation and optimization.
