**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Proven experience in colleague experience;
- Demonstrated success in inclusion and diversity, onboarding & engagement, wellbeing, learning, leadership development;
- Educated to university degree level;
- Background experience in Insurance Market is differential;
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
