About the Roleh3> We are seeking a Power BI Report Developer with strong experience in Databricks to design, build, and optimize high‑impact analytics solutions. As a valued member of Oowlish, you will develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations that transform complex data into actionable insights for business decision‑makers. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including data engineering, analytics, and operations, to ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable business insights Utilize Databricks for data ingestion, transformation, and notebook‑based analytics workflows Connect Power BI to large‑scale data environments such as Azure Synapse, Data Lake, and Databricks Build efficient SQL queries and implement optimized data models Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions Support ETL development and data validation efforts as needed Stay updated with emerging BI and cloud technologies to continuously improve reporting capabilities Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field 3+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI Hands‑on experience with Databricks (data ingestion, transformation, notebooks, and queries) Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes Experience integrating Power BI with enterprise‑scale cloud data environments such as Azure Synapse, Data Lake, and Databricks Nice to Have Experience with Azure Data Factory or other ETL orchestration tools Familiarity with Python or PySpark within Databricks Understanding of data governance and security best practices in cloud environments Experience in performance optimization for BI dashboards and queries Benefits & Perks Home office Flexible hours Competitive compensation based on experience Career plans to allow for extensive growth in the company International projects Oowlish English Program (Technical and Conversational) Oowlish Fitness with Total Pass Games and competitions Seniority Level Not Applicable Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Information Technology Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Oowlish by 2x Contact Information Website: />LinkedIn: />Instagram: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
