The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As LATAM Marketing Automation & AI Specialist, you will leverage your curiosity and collaborate with innovative and diverse people. You will create impact by: Cross-functional collaboration: Working with Communications, UX, Technology, and other areas to understand customer needs and execute integrated campaigns. Omnichannel strategies: Designing and implementing campaigns using platforms like Infobip, Salesforce, and Eloqua. Generative AI integration: Exploring and applying solutions like GPT or Claude in communication flows, customer service, and content creation. Automation and conversational AI: Coordinating chatbots, voicebots, and virtual assistants aligned with business objectives. Campaign and channel management: Automating customer journeys across channels with KPI analysis for optimization. eCommerce and digital presence support: Assisting with content uploads, conversion pixel tracking, and ensuring a website experience aligned with the global omnichannel strategy. Innovation and continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and strategically adopt new technologies. Your Skills And Expertise To set you up for success in this role, Solventum requires: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Digital Communication, Data Science, or related fields. Minimum of 4 years of experience in technology marketing, automation, or platform integration with proven experience in digital marketing and technology automation. Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Infobip, Twilio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua, among others. Experience in implementing chatbots and generative AI solutions. Fluent in English Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include: Demonstrable achievements applying generative artificial intelligence in digital environments to enhance customer experience. Evidence of positive impact on process efficiency and commercial value creation through technology. Ability to translate business needs into effective technological solutions. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities with a results-oriented approach.
