What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience building and scaling production-grade web applications in a senior or lead engineering role. Advanced English required. Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required (Computer Science, HCI, or a related field is preferred). Strong experience across front-end and back-end development (depth in one area, capability in both). Advanced knowledge of React and Next.js. Solid backend experience with Python. Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-driven features. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and product design details. Proven ability to collaborate and provide technical leadership. Experience building chatbot interfaces or AI-native products is a plus. Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering. Strong opinions and experience with testing strategies, A/B testing, and safe deployments. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. Forensic attention to detail. A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude. Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
