Windows Systems Engineer Position

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Windows systems engineer to join our IT operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Windows environments, troubleshooting system and network issues, and administering core Microsoft infrastructure services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user and group administration, OU structure, and permissions.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows-based services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues related to authentication and system performance.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues within a Windows environment.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in Windows system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and related services.
- Proficiency in managing DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPOs.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for authentication and performance issues in Windows environments.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and IP subnetting.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
