Perform operation, configuration, and support (second level) activities for services components of the Network LAN / Wan, Wlan Cisco / Meraki, Cisco Manager, Riverbed, Firewalls Palo Alto / Scripts Cisco Routers, HP Routers / Switches, Contracting Party''s Citrix Systems platform, including, but not limited to, XenApp and XenDesktop platforms, Netscaler computers, And all components of the Citrix Systems platform that are installed during the term of the agreement : Virtual desktops on Hyper-V and Moonshot HPE, ESX - VMWare Virtual applications Virtual servers Load Balancer with Advanced Monitoring (Netscaler) Reverse Proxy (Netscaler) Web Application Firewall Other services implemented during the evolution of the Citrix Systems platform. Key responsibilities : Responsible for supporting the service levels and availability of the networking infrastructure (preferably Cisco). Field Services on Network, physical installation of switches, cables and related.
