Growth Marketer – Part‑Time (Room to grow into Head of Marketing) Hi… My name is Lena, and I am the founder of Go Running Tours. This is not your usual job post. I’ll simply give you the good, the bad, and the ugly about being a Growth Marketer with us. We are a global running company where B2C and B2B markets are growing 100 %+ and we’re constantly looking for new channels and markets. Your marketing DNA has to be analytical, structured, yet creative enough to craft copy, spot opportunities, and connect the dots between B2C and B2B. Responsibilities Lead all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Own newsletter and email marketing: from content creation to automation and data‑driven optimisation. Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, and measure what moves the needle. Test initiatives in one city, scale them across destinations, and use research, testing, and data to continuously improve results. Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas that help reach new runners, new companies, and new destinations. Work directly with the founder and collaborate closely with remote teammates worldwide. Qualifications Analytical, structured thinker with a passion for experimentation and optimisation. Proficient in email marketing, automation, and data analysis. Comfortable with setting up and refining automated flows, smart automations, and dissecting data to make things work better. Creative copywriter who can craft compelling messaging and finding new opportunities. Growth mindset: always looking for new ways to grow the business, scale initiatives, and research new tech trends. Self‑starter who can navigate remote work with 2–3 internal meetings a week. Compensation & Employment USD 1,400 a month. 25 hrs a week (part‑time, remote). Contract managed via Upwork. Only 2–3 internal meetings per week; the rest is deep work and collaboration on Slack. Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Part‑time. Job function: Marketing and Sales. Industry: Travel Arrangements.
