Deployment Operations Project Manager

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
The Specialty Deployment Operations Manager is responsible for managing the workflow of the Deployment Operation/Engineering teams. They will work closely with the EOS Project Management, Design, Operations and Engineering teams to drive project success and monitor status.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Coordinate the collaboration of deployment projects from planning to execution/post deployment review. Prioritize tasks for Deployment Coordinators & Deployment Engineers
- Provide project stakeholders with a routine status of the deployment project, actively communicating technical issues and risks, and minimizing the impact of these issues and risks
- Communicate with business and tech facing organizations, Co-coordinating and participating in weekly meetings and follow up actions
- Develop and review project plans as required to ensure on time delivery and within budget and resource capability Escalating issues to the senior leadership team when required
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Familiarity with designing, deploying and turning over Event Spaces, Performing Art Centers, Broadcast studios, etc.
- Troubleshoot and solve project related issues
- Understand and maintain project budgets
- Effectively manage multiple projects in multiple time zones
- Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail
- Understand AV system functionality and installation processes and techniques
- Understand technical and construction documents
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Asana and Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD
**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:
- CTS certification
- 5+ Years Project Management Experience in a technical field (AV/VC, Networking, Infrastructure, etc.)
- Excellent task management, verbal & written communication skills, combined with relentless follow-up.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally if the projects demand it.
- Excels when working in a team-oriented environment and highly motivated to provide a positive user experience. Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, a customer-service orientation, and welcoming, helpful attitude. Able and confident to make decisions and be accountable for project deliverables.
- Manage outside vendors on design process, integration efforts, adhering to rigid design guidelines.
- CAPM or PMP certification is a bonus.
