Job Description and ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Assistant I (Republication)
Under immediate supervision, performs administrative support and clerical functions.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Administrative Support and Clerical Functions
- Records all incoming and outgoing communications
- Types confidential correspondence, reports and other documents
- Maintains and updates official files
- Answers and makes telephone calls
- Interviews and screens persons seeking assistance from the Head Office
- Performs other related tasks as assigned from time to time
- Property Management
- Assists in the conduct of physical inventory of supplies and properties
- Updates property records in PREMIS
- Encodes and files communications related to the functions of the section
- Assists in the delivery of service of the section
- Job Outputs
- Letters/Memoranda/Notice of Meetings
- Updated Data Tracking System
- Organized files/records
- Other reports as may be required
