Overview Full Time Employment- Java Tech Lead Developer @ Curitiba, Brazil (Hybrid) Job Role: Java Tech Lead Developer Location: Curitiba, Brazil (Hybrid) Employment type: Full Time Responsibilities Lead a team of 8-10 developers; drive cross-functional collaboration and support the Scrum process. Provide hands-on technical leadership in Java/J2EE with focus on delivering robust software solutions. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and communications. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and related frameworks; hardcore programming background. Strong hands-on experience with core Java 8/11 (JDK 1.8+). Good knowledge of database concepts (Oracle, MySQL, DB2, MongoDB). Hands-on experience with Microservices (REST) using Spring Boot; strong Hibernate/Spring Data knowledge. Experience with Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins; familiarity with deployment tools like Chef. Experience with cloud platforms (PCF, Azure, AWS). Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client interactions; supports Scrum Master in Agile teams.
