More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Field Quality Engineer in Varginha, Brazil with Signify.

  • Executes complaint resolution process for escalated complex complaints on product level.

  • Leads cross functional problem solving teams using 8D methodology and assures corrective and preventive action.

  • Analyzes product performance in the field and proposes improvement programs to assure targets are met.

  • Analyses external CoNQ and proposes improvement programs to assure targets are met.

  • Trains and instructs markets on problem solving approaches using existing processes like knowledge documents.

  • Bachelor's degree completed.

  • Strong experience in Quality role.

  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction.

  • Experience in the practical use of Quality Tools: 8D/2 x Why/Trend Analysis.

  • Data & Fact driven.

  • Expert in courageous conversations; strong communication skills.

  • Fluency in English is required.

  • Must have flexibility to work across multiple time zones.

*This is an on-site position based at the Varginha factory.
