As of 2025 we have brought billions of dollars in credit to 15 million customers, doubling in the last two years while remaining strongly profitable and sustainable for the long term.**This role**The Training Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs, tools, initiatives and facilitating business information that empower our team to work more efficiently, identifying performance and knowledge gaps, in order to grow the business.**Key Responsibilities**:- Deliver the sales enablement products and services to all the stakeholders, Work with experts in different areas/departments for training content design (content/materials for internal and external audiences).- Design, develop and implement learning tools in different formats / platforms.- Keep knowledge updated on best practices and innovations in training and development.- Evaluate the impact of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance analysis.- Prepare and present reports on training activities, progress, and results to Global Management.- Maintain training metrics for all activities and participant progress.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree or experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related field.- Previous experience in training for Customer experience operations, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas: such as field training, design skills, sales productivity, etc.)- Strong skill sets in Google Sheets and Excel- Capacity for organization, communication, synthesis skills and lead group meetings in-person or virtually.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact.- Desirable analytical thinking and Problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.**Benefits**:- 100% Company-funded Health and Dental insurance for employees and immediate family members.- Life insurance.- Monthly benefits of meal vouchers and Home Office assistance.- Phone finance, Headphone, home office equipment and wellness perks.- $2,000 USD annual Co-working Travel perk- $2,000 USD annual Professional Development perkPayJoy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and we welcome and encourage people of all backgrounds.
