A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable data systems using Google Cloud Platform. The successful applicant will possess in-depth knowledge of Python, Spark, and Databricks, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. About the Role We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who can take ownership of our data infrastructure and drive innovation through cutting-edge technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our data pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable data architectures using GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow. Maintain and optimize existing data systems to ensure maximum efficiency and performance. Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to deliver actionable insights and support business decision-making. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on cloud-based technologies. In-depth knowledge of Python, Spark, and Databricks. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
