Join a leading organization and take on the challenge of optimizing production capacity based on forecast demand. As an Industry Engineer , you will play a crucial role in improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring good work safety practices.
A key aspect of this role is to develop and implement process improvements that drive business results. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implementing changes that meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading Kaizen projects to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities using Lean principles
- Maintaining a safe working environment (EHS / NR12)
- Generating weekly and monthly IE reports to track progress
A strong educational background in Electronics, Mechanical or Production Engineering is essential for success in this role. Proficiency in Advanced English is also required.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Industrial Engineer activities, including time study, line balance, layout change, and OEE management. Lean manufacture green belt or black belt certification is highly desirable. Experience with Lean manufacture tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 7 wastes, Pull System, Kanban, Takt time vs Cycle time, Jidoka, etc. is necessary.
Desirable ability in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) management.
