We are looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager/Assistant fluent in Portuguese & English & Russian . Responsibilities Managing and supporting partners without income; Handling affiliate partner requests and providing assistance with onboarding; Coordinating communication with partners and collecting feedback; Managing project news channels and FAQ responses; Assigning tasks to outsourcing teams and writing clear instructions; Supporting all CRM chat activities. Qualifications Previous experience in coordination, partner/account support, or administrative roles; Knowledge of Portuguese – C1, Spanish – B2, English – B2, Russian – C1; Strong working knowledge of GSuite, Excel, and general PC literacy; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and ability to navigate complex partner situations; Teamwork and communication skills, including experience in leadership or initiative roles; High negotiation ability and confidence in managing multiple stakeholders. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks.
